Watched a launch off the cape Canaveral pad while enjoying a pina colota after diner at Waves. The server was very friendly and fast. The launch was amazing. The whole Hilton complex is well thought out and in a great location. Lots of vacationers there but everyone was having a great time. The entire staff deserves a huge thank you

Outstanding Service at Hilton Beachfront – Cocoa Beach, FL We had an amazing experience thanks to our incredible server at the Hilton Beachfront in Cocoa Beach. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His customer service was top-notch—always checking in at just the right time without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about their work. He truly made our experience special, and we can’t wait to come back. Five stars all the way!

We love coming here! It’s very chill, busy but not crowded, all the amenities we could want. We love ordering lunch on the deck, sitting at the longboards bar at night and grabbing a drink at the beach bar during the day. Ana, our lunch server on the deck was delightful. Service with a smile while covering so many tables. Michael, Kara and Tracy, the bartenders, were attentive and friendly. We’ll be back.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was fabulous. The food was really good except for the crab cakes. They were so very mushy. But the coconut shrimp was out of this world. Everything else was very good. With the drinks between the 2 of us, we spent just about 90. We each had 2 drinks for reference.

5/5 – Perfect Beach Vibes, Great Food & Service This place is an absolute gem right on the beach! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with gorgeous views, great music, and the kind of beachy vibe that makes you want to stay all day. The drinks were top-notch—well made, refreshing, and served quickly. The food was just as impressive—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying without being overly heavy. You can tell they put thought into the menu. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to Ana, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She was attentive without being overbearing and just had the kind of positive energy that made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a great place to relax, enjoy good food and drinks, and feel genuinely welcomed, this spot is a must.

What a great, laid back, environment to chill for a bit and get acclimated to the cocoa beach vibe. Longboards tiki beach grille provided a great place for the kids to play after we checked out for the day before we had to hit the road to our next destination. Rena and Lindsey are amazing behind the bar.
